Returns:
We promise to do our best to deliver the most amazing products that you'll love with the best customer experience, but we understand that there are times that things just don't work out. Returns happen!
- Returns on new, unworn, unwashed, fragrance-free, odor-free, free of pet hair and stains are accepted postmarked within 7 business days from the delivery date.
- All items are inspected upon return and must be in it's original packaging with tags still attached.
- Allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed once it has been received at the warehouse.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not issue cash/credit refunds.
- The following items are FINAL SALE: sale items ending in $.99, undergarments (such as bras, bralettes,shapewear, sports bras, lingerie, athletic wear, bodysuits, and pantyhose or tights), Print on Demand graphic tees, customization products, personalization items, accessories (hats or beanies, socks, sunglasses, headband or hair accessories, gloves, caps, jewelry, purses or handbags, and scarfs), health and beauty products, blankets, cups, leggings, swimwear, gift items (home decor, novelty, bath, etc), purchases made with a coupon code or cash back.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGE, REFUNDS / CREDIT, OR RETURNS.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer's responsibility.
- **Any items rejected for return will require a re-shipping fee at the expense of the customer. If we do not hear from you regarding the item(s) within 30 days of reaching out via email, we will donate all items to charity, including items sent to us in error.
- **There is a 10% restocking fee applied to any return.
